LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — After a crash involving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 380, PennDOT announced that both lanes are now open.
At about 4:45 p.m., PennDOT said that the incident is cleared, both lanes are open, and drivers should expect residual traffic.
PennDOT previously had a section of I-380 closed due to a jack-knifed tractor-trailer.
A tractor-trailer jacked-knifed on I-380 around 4:00 p.m. closed the northbound section near exit 20 (Daleville/Moscow) in Lackawanna County.
A detour was placed using State Route 307 to State Route 690.
