Political activist pleads guilty after attempting to remove brick

(WBRE/WYOU) — Political activist Gene Stilp pleads guilty over his attempted brick removal on Wilkes-Barre’s Public Square.

Stilp was arrested in July for trying to remove a white supremacy group’s brick from a monument on the square. Thursday, he pleaded guilty to a non-criminal summary violation.
