MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A body was recovered from the Delaware River Sunday evening.
Officials confirmed that one human body was recovered from the river near the Delaware Water Gap in Monroe County. They say the body was about two feet down in the water near the New Jersey side of the river.
No further details were released on the incident. It’s also unknown how the person died.
