SCRANTON, Pa. – Scranton Prep senior, Cecelia Collins, will be attending Bucknell University in the fall, where she’ll play for the Bison women’s basketball team. The star guard is currently playing for Coach Kevin Clark and the NEPA Elite AAU team.
