MOOSIC, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — With spring training complete, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders roster has taken shape for Friday’s 2023 season opener. The RailRiders will be opening the year at PNC Field against Buffalo, led by new manager Shelley Duncan and a roster consisting of promising prospects and MLB veterans.
