Hazleton Area softball hungry to make another run at a state championship

By the time the softball regular season begins next Monday, it will have been 662 days since Hazleton Area last played a meaningful game. That was the Class 6A state championship on June 13th, 2019 — a loss to Central Dauphin. Motivated and determined to make another run after there was no season last year, the Cougars are preparing for what they hope is a season to remember.
