The Christian Hackenberg era in New York is over before it began.
On the first day of the Jets OTAs, New York traded the former Penn State quarterback to the Oakland Raiders in exchange for a seventh round draft pick.
Hackenberg never took the field for the Jets in his two years since being drafted 51st overall.
