28/22 Sports continues our 2023 Top Ten Countdown with number four, the North Schuylkill Spartans. Last year, the Spartans went 10-3, losing to Northwestern Lehigh in the District 11 Class 3A championship game.
North Schuylkill opens the season August 25th against Mount Carmel.
