Culture Shock: A new book about how the workplace has changed

PA live! (WBRE) — Wednesday on PA live!, Rachel spoke with Dr. Jim Harter, a scientist at Gallup’s Chief Workplace.

Dr. Harter has written a book from Gallup called Culture Shock: An unstoppable force has changed how we work and live. Gallup’s solution to the biggest leadership issue of our time.

Dr. Harter explains why his company felt the need to write this book, and he lists some of the biggest issues facing managers today, describing why he says managers can’t think traditionally anymore.
