2 bags instant jasmine rice

2 cups chicken breast from a rotisserie chicken

1 red bell pepper

1 (11.35 ounce) bag Asian Chopped Kit with dressing

11/2 tsp. peanut sauce per bowl

2 bag instant rice & quinoa mix

1 (15.5-ounce) can no-salt-added black beans

1 Avocado

1/2 cp shredded Colby Jack cheese

1/4 cp Fresh Salsa
