Houseweart Vroman in Court_75415690-159532

WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) – One of two men linked to the death of Michelle Inch in January was in court Friday, but his expected guilty plea never happened.

Brian Vroman had been expected to plead guilty to charges including attempted homicide and arson from an incident dating back to January.

Vroman is accused of acting with Michael Houseweart to break into the home of Gary and Linda Inch in Lycoming County in January, robbingbinding the couple with duct tape and then setting the home on fire with the couple still inside.

Houseweart, at the time, was the boyfriend of the couple’s daughter Michelle Inch who disappeared at the time of the incident and who’s body was found some three months later in a wooded area of Bradford County.

Houseweart has been charged with Inch’s homicide.

Vroman was expected to plead guilty in court Friday, but at the last minute the hearing was rescheduled to Monday August 22, 2016.
