(WBRE/WYOU-TV) UPDATE: Wyatt Yohey who has been missing since Wednesday was located this afternoon.  The teen was found and reunited with his mom.   The Catawissa Borough Police Department shared a photo of the reunion.

The search to find a missing 16-year-old Catawissa teen is intensifying. 
    The boy was reported missing Wednesday morning when his family discovered he had packed a bag and left home.
    Eyewitness News Reporter Lauren Hensley has details about the search efforts 

    Friday marks day two of the search to find 16 year old Wyatt Yohey.
    Volunteers halted their search around midnight Thursday but resumed operations around 5 Friday morning.
    First responders are optimistic. 
 “The  good news is that Wyatt is familiar with this area from what we heard from family. He is in good condition and he is very intelligent. He is autistic  but he is comfortable in the woods.” Said Police Chief Joshua Laidacker
     Police say it is common for Yohey to hike in the woods but uncommon for him to be gone so long. 
    His family growing concerned.
     They believe he packed a bag and went off.
    Officials say locals have reported  possible sightings.  
“It is always supportive to have the Catawissa community come forward to support the rescue. ” Said Don Traugh, Catawissa Fire Chief 
    Many want to search the woods. 
    But right now investigators say that may not be the best course of action.
