Two More Charged in Meth Making Operation in Poconos

News

MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU-TV) In an Eyewitness News follow-up, two more people were arrested over the weekend after police busted a meth-making operation in Monroe County.

Thara Potoczny and David Miller are locked up, unable to post 10-thousand-dollars bail each. They are two of six homeless people who face charges.   Stroud Area Regional police say they made meth inside tents in wooded areas behind Walmart in East Stroudsburg and a church in Stroud Township. Court papers show they took turns buying the ingredients to make meth from Walmart. Investigators believe they used a lot of the meth themselves, but sold some to support their habit. All six are due back in court next month
