POINT TOWNSHIP, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)- The trial for the Northumberland County man accused in the overdose death of a 9-year-old boy is getting underway today.
Victor Hare is accused of involuntary manslaughter, drug delivery resulting in death, and other charges. It’s in connection with the death of Korbin Rager in October 2014 in Point Township.
Prosecutors say the boy was under the care of Hare when he was given a deadly dose of prescription medication. His mother, Angela Clark was sentenced last year to one to three years in prison in connection with the death of her son.
