HONESDALE, WAYNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)- A third man who police say took part in a deadly home invasion was in court Wednesday morning.
Investigators say Lewis Tucker and three other men broke into a home in the Gouldsboro area. During the break in, police say they assaulted a father and son. The father, Joseph Stengline Sr., later died.
Two other men, Coneil Moore and Darien Daniels, have already been charged.
Police are still searching for the fourth suspect.
