Ten Arrested on Drug Related Charges in Clinton County

(WBRE/WYOU-TV) The Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General announced the arrest of 10 alleged Drug Dealers operating in Clinton County.

Ten suspected drug dealers were arrested Friday Morning.

According to Clinton County D.A. Strouse the investigation focused primarily on crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and marijuana and prescription drugs. The individuals arrested are alleged to have been operating in Lock Haven, Mill Hall, Woodward Township, Bald Eagle Township, Avis Borough and surrounding municipalities.

The charges are the culmination of a six month long cooperative investigation between the PA Office of Attorney General, and the Clinton County Drug Task Force into the distribution of controlled substances in Clinton County. Over the course of the investigation, law enforcement made a series of controlled purchases utilizing undercover law enforcement officers and confidential informants.

On Friday, law enforcement officers executed arrest warrants for the following individuals:

Timothy Vincent, 32, of Commerce Street, Lock Haven, for felony delivery of Crystal Methamphetamine, delivery of crack cocaine, conspiracy to deliver controlled substances, and criminal use of a communication facility.

Keith Freeman, 56, of Woodward Township, for felony delivery of crystal methamphetamine, 2 deliveries of crack cocaine, delivery of marijuana, conspiracy to deliver controlled substances, and criminal use of a communication facility.

Ardell Germello, 33, of West 3rd Street in Lock Haven, for felony delivery of crack cocaine and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Crystal Heaton, 39, of West 4th Street in Lock Haven, for 4 felony deliveries of crack cocaine, conspiracy to deliver controlled substances, and criminal use of a communication facility.

Darryl Lamont Franklin, 44, of Sagamore Drive, Bald Eagle Township, for felony delivery of crack cocaine and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Jessica Cummings, 29, of Sagamore Drive, Mill Hall, for felony delivery of crack cocaine and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Kayla Baker, 26, of Renovo Road, Allison Township, for felony delivery of oxycodone and criminal use of a communication facility.

Kevin Michaux, 45, of East Church Street, Lock Haven, for 4 felony deliveries of marijuana and criminal use of a communication facility.

Adam McHenry, 33, of Woodward Avenue, Lock Haven, for 3 felony deliveries of marijuana and criminal use of a communication facility.

Todd Breon, 50, of West 4th Street, Lock Haven, for felony delivery of Belbuca (buprenorphine).

Participating Agencies were the Lock Haven City Police Department, The Pine Creek Township Police Department, Renovo Police Department, Clinton County Parole and Probation Office, Keystone Central School District Police, the Clinton County District Attorney’s Office, the Clinton County Drug Task Force, and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
