According to court papers, Hazleton Area High School teacher Pam Bromiley seen here in video from 2013 — and Myrene Magabo, a professor at Penn State, learned of the reported assault on a student last November.

Investigators say a teen girl presented a speech in front of them admitting she was a victim of sexual assault.
