(WBRE/WYOU-TV) Crowd members tell Eyewitness News the President’s Rally has been one of the most exciting days in Lycoming County this year. Eyewitness News Reporter Morgan Parrish has the reaction from the crowd.
“The rally was unbelievable. You know trump always keeps his promises and I watch Trump rallies all the time on YouTube, but tonight was just unbelievable,” Said Tom Boccuto, Collegeville.
As proud Trump supporters cheered on the President during his rally in Montoursville, they say this has been one of the most memorable experiences of their life and for some, a once in a lifetime opportunity.
“One of the best Trump rallies I’ve gone to yet so far,” Said Nicolas Robinson, New Jersey
Blake Marnell of San Diego, California offered this “That was absolutely unbelievable, incredible! I can’t even believe it happened, I’m not sure my feet are on the ground.”
Blake Marnell came all the way from San Diego California.
He happened to be vacationing in central Pennsylvania and when he heard president trump was coming into town. He decided to make a “political” pit stop.
“The rally was great! A lot of energy, the setting is beautiful. The hills, the sunset its wonderful scenery from Pennsylvania and I just really like it,” Said Marnell.
For others, they say of all the rallies they have attended previously this is the icing on the cake.
“It was great! It was different from all the other ones I been to ever before,” Said Donna Cancassi of New Jersey.
“I just felt good vibes,” Said Nicholas Robinson
The President was here to campaign for Republican Fred Keller, for District 12 in Congress. (The former Tom Marino, seat- a Special Election will be held on Tuesday)
“I thought it was very good and to the point. America needs all that we can get,” Said Jaydon Cottage of Milton.
Jaydon Cottage is just 15 years old. The President is an influence with someone who can’t even vote next November!
“I honestly love politics! I thought it was very good! I support President trump all the way” Said Cottage!
Many at tonight’s rally tell Eyewitness News they have long road trips ahead of them to return home following this rally – but they say they would make the trip again in a heartbeat to experience something like this.
