STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) – Stroud Area Regional Police are investigating whether a gunshot victim, who showed up at a Bethlehem hospital, is connected to a shooting in Monroe County.
Police responded to reports of shots fired early Monday morning on ED Christine Drive in Stroudsburg. Investigators found bullet casings in a parking lot and what appeared to be blood on the sidewalk.
Witnesses reported seeing a silver pick-up truck and a dark Mercedes leave the area shortly after hearing the shots fired.
Around 3a.m. Monday, Bethlehem police found a man being treated at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg for gunshot wounds.
