PSP troopers have been investigating an Aggravated Assault where Benjamin allegedly beat  a 31-year old woman over a two day period, threatening her life if she were to leave a wooded area near 94 Raven Run Road in West Mahanoy Twp on August 27th and 28th.

The woman had a four year old child with her at the time.

On the second day the woman managed to make her way to a roadway where she got help from people living in the area.

No word yet on whether Benjamin will be granted bail.
