(WBRE/WYOU-TV) Hometown Food Company and A-D-M Milling Company are recalling select bags of Pillsbury Best Bread flour due to the potential risk of e-coli.
The recall involves 4,000 cases of Pillsbury’s Best Five-pound bread flour manufactured by A-D-M Milling Company’s Buffalo plant.
The products have use-by dates of June 8th and June 9th of 2020.
The flour was sold in 10 states including Pennsylvania.
The recall was issued out of an abundance of caution as certain wheat used to make these two lots have been linked to e-coli illnesses associated with other flour products produced at the Buffalo Plant.
This voluntary recall includes the following code date currently in stores or consumers’ pantries:

Recalled Better if Used by Date: 20APR2020KC
