WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU-TV) People held signs at the corner of public square and chanted “Black Lives Matter.”

The protesters numbering in the dozens walked peacefully around the square to attract the attention of passersby in center city.

“We’re tired of it and we’re not going to watch any more unarmed black people get killed for no reason. Over 20 dollars, over nothing. It doesn’t matter what the reason is. There is never a good reason to murder an American,” said Andrew, a protester from Kingston.
