UNIVERSITY PARK, CENTRE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) Penn State police arrested the man who made a threatening tweet earlier this month.
Police say Charles Thomas Hite-Chew, 22, of Gibsonia in Allegheny County said he would commit a mass shooting at Beaver Stadium.
Hite-Chew is being charged with two counts of terroristic threats.
