LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) A protection from abuse order filed again State Representative Kevin Haggerty has been withdrawn.
The PFA was lodged against Haggerty by his wife, Jennifer Haggerty.
It was withdrawn by mutual agreement between the two.
The PFA was issued on May 19.
However, Judge Andy Jarbola did issue an order giving Haggerty’s wife, Jennifer, possession of the couple’s home.
It also bars the couple from harassing or stalking each other.
Haggerty faces a summary trial on a harassment citation stemming from the incident is set for later this month.
