(WBRE/WYOU-TV) Plans are underway to renovate a century-old building in one part of Luzerne County.
Developers discussed details this afternoon for the new apartments on North River Street in Wilkes-Barre phase one of the projects includes renovating the former Sterling Annex into 30 apartments.
The initial phase is expected to cost $3.5 million dollars. The four-story building is next to the former hotel Sterling site. It was demolished back in 2013.
