New Jersey man charged for drug distribution resulting in a death in PA

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU-TV) A federal grand jury has charged 28-year-old James R. Bell of Newark, New Jersey with drug distribution resulting in death after investigators say he conspired with others to distribute heroin and fentanyl in Pennsylvania.

The case was investigated by federal, state and local law enforcement and the maximum penalty for the charges filed is life imprisonment.
