(WBRE/WYOU-TV) A Monroe County man will spend time in state prison and must register as a sex offender.
After more than three hours of testimony on Tuesday Jose Abreau was sentenced.
Police say he intentionally rammed his SUV into another vehicle with three passengers in it last February in Stroud Township.
He previously plead no contest in a separate case.
He was accused of sexual assault involving a minor back in 2015.
Abreu will serve between 14 and 40 years in state prison and is ordered to register as a sex offender for 15 years.
