(WBRE/WYOU-TV) A Monroe County man will spend the next three-to-six years behind bars. 53-year-old Marc Graves pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle Monday afternoon.
He was behind the wheel and struck and killed 55-year-old Doctor Lorraine Hamel in Paradise Township back on February 28th.
Graves was driving drunk when he struck Hamel while she was jogging that morning.
Doctor Hamel owned her own dentist practice for more than 25 years in Pocono Summit. Graves was sentenced right after pleading guilty.
