CLEVELAND, OHIO (WBRE/WYOU)- In news from across the commonwealth, an urgent manhunt is underway in Pennsylvania and several other states for the Ohio man police say killed another man, streaming it live on Facebook.
Cleveland, Ohio police say Steve Stephens shot and killed Robert Godwin yesterday. They say his cell phone released a signal in Erie, Pennsylvania in the hours following the shooting.
The 74-year-old victim was apparently chosen at random.
“This man right here was a good man and I hate that he’s gone,” says the victim’s son, Robert Rodwin Jr. “You know what I mean. I don’t know what I’m doing to do. It’s not real. It’s not real.”
Police say Stephens claimed to have killed up to 14 other people, but investigators have not found any other victims.
