The unofficial end of summer means the start of an Italian tradition in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

La Festa Italiana brings the sights, sounds, and tastes of Italy for all to enjoy.

“Entertainment for all different ages, free entertainment, and then come down and enjoy all the food, arts, crafts, heritage displays.” Said Chris DiMattio, chairman of the event.

You don’t have to be a pizza princess to enjoy the festival food.
Arcaro & Genell has been at La Festa for twenty years…

“We offer many types of pizza, red, white, open faced tomato, lasagna…” Said Ashley Burke of Arcaro and Genell.

In addition to the tasty treats, there are so many other things to take advantage of!
A five K Race, and lots of live performances to participate in. There’s even a boxing match nearby!
But beyond all the fun, the family atmopshere is what keeps people coming back year after year.

“We have great crowds, wonderful customers, and our staff. Everyone works very hard to make it a great event.”  boasted DiMattio.
