SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) – Jurors have ruled in favor of Pennsylvania State Police and say they did not violate the constitutional rights of Jeffrey Hudak.
Six State Troopers were accused of going too far during an investigation into a deadly sniper attack four years ago at the Blooming Grove Barracks.
It’s the case in which Eric Frein was convicted and sentenced. Before Frein had even been arrested, Jeffrey Hudak claims he was wrongfully arrested and detained in connection with the ambush. He was later released and never charged.
