BRADFORD COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) State police have been granted a search warrant in the case involving the death of Michelle Inch
The warrant allows investigators to seize Michael Houseweart’s personal belongings from the night of his arrest in January.
Eleven items will be sent to a Pennsylvania State Police forensic laboratory to be examined.
Houseweart was Michelle’s Inch’s boyfriend.
Her body was found in Overton Township in Bradford county in March.
Inch disappeared in January after prosecutors say her boyfriend Michael Houseweart and his alleged accomplice Brian Vroman tied up her parents and set the couple’s house on fire.
Inch’s parents survived.
So far neither Houseweart nor Vroman has been charged in connection with Michelle Inch’s death.
