She was a resident of PBS’s “Sesame Street” for four decades. On Monday, Sept. 21, at 7 p.m., Sonia Manzano, better known as “Maria” on the popular children’s program, will speak about her life experiences in Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania’s Carver Hall, Kenneth S.
