Is Governor Wolf’s Restore Pennsylvania plan. it calls for $4.5 billion to be spend on infrastructure.. Including repairing roads and bridges.. Bringing broadband internet to rural communities.. With money coming from a severance tax on gas drilling.. On this week in Pennsylvania.. Democratic State Rep. Matt Bradford And Republican Rep. Seth Grove. Both agreed on the importance of improving infrastructure.. But differed on how to pay for it…
