Former Wilkes-Barre police officers sentenced in credit union case


WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)   Two former Wilkes-Barre police officers are in federal court for sentencing for their role in a bank fraud case.

Retired Wilkes-Barre Police officer Tino Ninotti was sentenced to 30 days in jail and two years probation.  

Jason Anthony was sentenced to three month house arrest and two months probation.

The two are sentenced in connection with bank fraud from the Wilkes-Barre employees Federal Credit Union.  They are accused of using false collateral and stolen identities.
