CLARKS SUMMIT, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The hunt for the perfect pumpkin was on at White’s Farm in Clarks Summit in October of 1988 as parents and their children ventured out into the pumpkin patch to find the perfect pumpkin to make a jack-o-lantern.

We would like to thank our partners at the Osterhout Library for their help in putting together the Eyewitness to History series.
