PIKE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)   A judge has formally sentenced Eric Frein  to maximum penalty on every criminal charge.

The Total sentence: Death plus 97-194 years and a $382,000 fine.
The additional sentences were for all the other charges he was convicted of: terrorism, weapons of mass destruction and reckless endangerment.

    The jury that convicted Frein decided on the death penalty late Wednesday night.

      In court, Frein had no visible reaction  as a jury imposed death against the 33-year-old convicted killer.

    Frein shot and killed Corporal Bryon Dickson and severly injuring Trooper Alex Douglass at the the Blooming Grove Barracks in 2014
