DICKSON CITY, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)- While thousands of Eagles fans from northeastern and central Pennsylvania made the trip to Philadelphia Thursday, many others couldn’t go.

That didn’t stop people from watching the parade of champions. Bars and restaurants, like the Tilted Kilt in Dickson City, had the parade on television.

Whether it was because of work or they didn’t want to deal with parking and traffic, fans still felt a part of the celebration.

“I wish I could have but with work and things like that, I couldn’t get down there today so I snuck out for a little while today to watch the parade here,” said Sean Cleary of Scranton.

Even people who had to work all day found time to enjoy the parade.
