Wilkes-Barre Township, Luzerne County, (WBRE/WYOU) One person was taken to the hospital after crashing down an embankment.
It happened on Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard, near the entrance to the Cross Valley Expressway around 2:30 Thursday morning. Police tell Eyewitness News the driver lost control of the Jeep, went off the road and struck a concrete block at the bottom of the embankment. The driver was taken to the hospital. Police are investigating.
