(WBRE/WYOU-TV) Before figure skater Adam Rippon became a United States Champion, he was a young boy from Clarks Summit dreaming of going to the Olympics.
In December of 2002 he was headed to the Junior National Figure Skating Competition in Lake Placid.
That’s when Eyewitness News Photojournalist Joseph Butash spoke with him.
