STROUD TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) – Crews are tearing down the old to make way for the new.
The old clubhouse at the former Evergreen Golf Course in Stroud Township is now demolished. It was once part of the Penn Hills Honeymoon Resort.
The Brodhead Watershed Association will start building a new Heritage Center here within the next few weeks. It will be a meeting space for different environmental groups. You’ll also find hands-on exhibits for kids and an eagle cam for the public to enjoy.
