WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State and local police shut down a street in Wilkes-Barre Friday morning for an active investigation.
Beaumont Street in Wilkes-Barre was closed off by Pennsylvania State Police and Wilkes-Barre City police just before 10:30 a.m. Details on the incident are limited at this time. A 28/22 News crew said the road opened back up shortly after they arrived and police left the area.
