SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU-TV) — The County of Lackawanna Transit System (COLTS) has announced via Facebook that they are temporarily ceasing Saturday bus operations until further notice starting on February 6th as a result of a lack of drivers.
They say that they will keep riders informed as the situation changes.
