(WBRE/WYOU-TV) One person is dead and another is under arrest – after a two-vehicle crash in Middle Smithfield Township, Monroe County on Thursday.
The coroner tells Eyewitness News 57-year- old Leonard Wolf died from his injuries.
A female passenger in his car was flown to the hospital.
State police have charged the driver of the other vehicle – 37-year-old John Teague with homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence, and driving without a license.
According to investigators,two children ages four and nine, were also inside the vehicle Teague was driving.
A judge set bail at $200,000.
