SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) – A school band director in Schuylkill County is facing charges for allegedly engaging in sex acts with a 13-year-old boy.
Dale Schimpf, 71, of Frackville, the band director at Nativity BVM High School in Pottsville, was arrested Monday.
Investigators say Schimpf sexually assaulted the bot in Tamaqua. The Allentown Diocese says Schimpf is suspended from his position in the Catholic school.
