LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) An update on a fatal crash that killed an area musician and left several band mates fighting for their lives.
    While on tour — the band “Adrenaline Mob” was involved in a fiery crash on July 14th in Florida.
Their RV was pulled over to change a flat tire on Interstate 75 — when a tractor trailer struck it  causing it to catch fire.
Band-member David Zablidowsky died as a result from the crash.

Earlier Thursday, surrounded by family and friends, attorneys spoke out on behalf of the band mates.
Janet Rains, better known as  Jane Train still remains in a burn unit.
Attorneys say Rains has catastrophic injuries and has had several surgeries.
Jason McCole is in a long term-are facility.. and will have a long road to recovery.
Rob Dressler,  the sound man for the band  has returned back to the area and continues to recover.
Attorneys wanted to update the band members conditions- and said social media at times had incorrect info
Lawyers also say through their investigation they discovered a witness who jumped in action when tragedy struck..

“There was a Marine present at the scene who literally dragged people from the scene. He’s taken the time to come back and see Jason in the long term care facility in between his surgeries. A real gentleman and a hero.” Said Attorney Neil O’Donnell of the O’Donnell Law Firm,.

“What we ask everyone on social media, especially about their conditions be cognizant of what you are putting on social media, because it is not helpful” added Attorney Edward J. Ciarimboli. of Fellerman and Ciarimboli Law Firm,
    The “Florida Highway Patrol” continues to investigate the crash.
Lawyers say.. their investigation will determine if charges will be filed against the driver of the tractor trailer.
According to the attorneys the company that the driver works for — “Twiss Transportation”– has had more than 80 violations in the last 24 months.   
Several benefit are planned for the band members
    One will take place this Sunday in Scranton.. at the “Irish Wolf Tavern” and another one.. at “Old Time Charlie’s” on October 1st.
