$650K “Cash 5” ticket sold in Lackawanna County

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) – A Cash 5 Pennsylvania lottery ticket worth $650,000 has been sold in Lackawanna County.

The winnign ticket was sold for the May 26th drawing and matched all five balls drawn, 09-19-24-38-42.

Pennsylvania Lottery officials say the ticket was sold at Ansh Tobacco & Convenience at 301 Pittston Ave. in Scranton. The store gets a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The winner won’t be named until the ticket is verified and it must be claimed within a year.
