Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County — Winter weather means pothole problems, and it’s not hard to find them in any part of northeastern Pennsylvania.

The salt, plow trucks, and fluctuating temperatures are taking a serious toll on Blackman Street in Wilkes-Barre.

Some people are swerving, others are coming to a complete stop, and then there are those who hit the potholes.

A representative at the PennDOT district office in Dunmore said she has been overwhelmed with complaints about the potholes.
