The annual telethon will be held April 11 and 12 at Penn's Peak in Jim Thorpe.
Jolene Barron of Tamaqua Elementary School in the Tamaqua Area School District is among the finalists. The 12 educators were nominated by students, parents, colleagues and members of the community who wish to recognize their achievements both in and outside the classroom.
