A man charged with killing 6-year-old Etan Patz in the 1970's wants a convicted child molester from Pennsylvania to take the stand in his defense. Pedro Hernandez will go to trial on the murder charges next year. Hernandez's defense team wants Jose Ramos as a witness for the trial. A civil court declared Ramos responsible for the death of Patz, but he has always denied it. Ramos is currently in the Luzerne County Prison for failing to disclose the correct address where he would stay, as is required with Megan's Law. On Friday, a Luzerne County judge ruled Ramos will testify in Hernandez's trial.
